Hypno LA Event Terms, Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending Hypno LA, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in Hypno LA events, workshops, demonstrations, educational sessions, and related activities is entirely voluntary. Attendees understand that participation in live events may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological experiences associated with educational demonstrations and audience participation.

By attending Hypno LA, each participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with attending and participating in conference activities.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the attendee agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hypno LA, its founders Lori Donnelly and Dale Turnbull, all presenters, speakers, volunteers, staff, contractors, sponsors, and affiliated entities, as well as the event venue Hilton Woodland Hills, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at or participation in the event. Attendees agree that any legal disputes related to the event will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in Ventura County, California.

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence of the released parties but does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All presentations, demonstrations, and materials presented at Hypno LA are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented at the conference constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal decisions and outcomes.

Media Release

By attending Hypno LA, attendees grant permission for photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings to be taken during the event and used by Hypno LA for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes without compensation.

Event Changes

Hypno LA reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, session topics, or programming as necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund.

Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases are considered final unless otherwise explicitly stated. Tickets may be transferable at the discretion of Hypno LA.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending Hypno LA, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Liability Waiver.
